What do I need to bring to class?

Nothing or anything! We have mats, blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, towels. But, you are welcome to bring your own mat or anything that makes your practice more comfortable for you. Walk Ins Welcome!


What if I’m a beginner?

Our instructors are amazing and will do their best to accommodate your needs in each class. However, if you’re new to yoga or you’ve never been to a yoga class before, we recommend the Gentle or Yin classes. Private classes are also available for an additional charge and appointments may be made separately with instructors.


What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable, workout-style clothing…leggings for women, athletic shorts (or leggings!) for men. Socks (unless they have grips on the bottom) or shoes are not recommended. Keep in mind, our studio is “warm” between 75-80 degrees.
